Just a stone's throw from the town's sandy beaches and vibrant attractions and just a 9-minute walk away from the train station. Comfortably sleeping 2 with the flexibility to accommodate up to 4 guests upon request, The Beach Pad is perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking for a relaxing break in a stunning location.
THE BEACH PAD
As you step inside this charming property via a private entrance, you'll find yourself in a hallway that leads to a cosy lounge boasting tasteful decor and stunning sea views where you can relax and put your feet up. Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, offering the option to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedroom features a super king size bed that can be split into two large single beds, and an additional fold-down bed can be provided on request. The bathroom includes a large power shower and there is a utility room with a washing machine and storage.
Step outside to the sunny courtyard, where you'll find outdoor seating and a drying green. Additionally, for guests who plan on driving, there is a free car park 20 metres from the property, as well as ample free on-street parking available.

Perfect apartment for a romantic stay in North Berwick. Quiet yet central location, 2 minutes from beach, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend and will hopefully return soon!
The Beach Pad is a beautifully appointed apartment in the most perfect location in North Berwick. It was beautifully furnished and just right for me and my children. The location couldn’t have been better as it was 30 seconds from the beach and just around the corner from the centre of north Berwick. I would highly recommend!
Lovely little house, in a great location - 2 minutes walk from the beach and from local shops and restaurants. The house was exactly as described and really well presented, spotless clean and with everything needed to make it a cosy home from home. Host was great to communicate with, and everything in place to make it stress free stay.
