Just a stone's throw from the town's sandy beaches and vibrant attractions and just a 9-minute walk away from the train station. Comfortably sleeping 2 with the flexibility to accommodate up to 4 guests upon request, The Beach Pad is perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking for a relaxing break in a stunning location.
THE BEACH PAD
As you step inside this charming property via a private entrance, you'll find yourself in a hallway that leads to a cosy lounge boasting tasteful decor and stunning sea views where you can relax and put your feet up. Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, offering the option to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedroom features a super king size bed that can be split into two large single beds, and an additional fold-down bed can be provided on request. The bathroom includes a large power shower and there is a utility room with a washing machine and storage.
Step outside to the sunny courtyard, where you'll find outdoor seating and a drying green. Additionally, for guests who plan on driving, there is a free car park 20 metres from the property, as well as ample free on-street parking available.

A Little gem of a place. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Some lovely touches and felt like home from the minute we walked in. Loved the location, close to sea front, bars & restaurants. Definitely stay again if in area.
The Beach Pad is an Amazing place with an incredible location in North Berwick. Beautiful and homey, Justine has created a little jewel. Walkable to everything in town. We would love to visit the Beach Pad again in the future.
Beautiful place, had everything you could need. Parking close by. Beach right around the corner, as are all the restaurants and shops. Beds super comfy, wish we could have stayed longer. Justine was very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely return!
The apartment exceeded all expectations. It had everything we needed for our short break. The apartment is fitted out to the highest quality and is perfectly located for the beach and town centre. The host was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We are already looking forward to returning later in the year.
